It can be life-threatening if you are so unlucky to fall into the water with an attached cable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The special requirements for 230V installations on the boat are reviewed. If, for example, you have other 230V equipment than a double insulated charger onboard, there is a requirement that there must be an electrical panel with an HPFI relay.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also, the course goes into detail with requirements and good advice for cable types, connectors, connections, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You will also learn about inverters and connecting these. An inverter converts 12V or 24V from the battery bank to 230V. The course covers how to use a converter and the difference between good and less good quality inverters.
